In Short

• Conducting identification and verification of clients via email/call
• Conducting video verification of clients in real-time
• Studying clients regarding sanctioned individuals and regulations
• Filling out checklists based on client studies
• Preparing responses to inquiries from Compliance and other regulatory departments
• Correcting errors in the ABS

Requirements

• Experience in servicing individual clients, including identification/verification for up to 1 year
• Knowledge of due diligence requirements for clients
• Ability to work with premium clients is an advantage
• Experience at Raiffeisen Bank is an advantage
• Quick learning and adaptation to new processes
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to work in a team
