• Conduct identification and study of business banking clients (individual entrepreneurs/legal entities) via email and phone.
• Take measures to study clients based on suspicion indicators.
• Complete checklists based on client study results.

Requirements

• Experience in servicing business banking clients, including identification/verification.
• Knowledge of general requirements for proper client verification.
• Experience working at Raiffeisen Bank is preferred.
• Quick learning and adaptation to new processes and requirements.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to work in a team.
