Oversee investor communications including updates and reports.
Manage fundraising and capital strategy focused on Reg A+.
Optimize marketing funnels for investor acquisition.
Run investor marketing campaigns across various channels.
Build community among investors and maintain high-touch relationships.
Ensure compliance alignment with legal counsel.
Collaborate with CEO for investor webinars and briefings.
Monitor investor behavior and campaign metrics.
Work with marketing teams to align messaging and creative performance.

Requirements

5-10 years in investor relations or capital markets.
Experience with Reg A+, Reg CF, or direct-to-retail capital formation preferred.
Exceptional communication skills across various mediums.
Fluent in investor psychology and fundraising strategy.
Comfortable with performance data and stakeholder engagement.
Strategic thinker and calm under pressure.
