Rad AI is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with full stack experience to join their team in transforming healthcare with AI.

In Short

• Develop large-scale web applications to streamline user workflows.
• Lead the team by coaching and driving continuous improvement.
• Work on a modern JavaScript (React/TypeScript) frontend.
• Develop Python, FastAPI backend services including REST APIs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
• Experience with relational and document-based databases.
• Ability to architect and operate scalable backend systems.
• Fluency with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and browser APIs.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Strong version control skills using git.
• Experience with performance optimization at scale.
