Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 1 year in management.
• Experience leading product engineering teams.
• Ability to understand and apply KPI and business metrics.
• Strong performance management and mentorship skills.
• Proven track record in recruiting and growing engineering teams.
• Ability to anticipate obstacles and communicate risks effectively.
