Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Storage and Fiber Channel.
• At least 3 years in a customer service-oriented role.
• Valid certifications related to Storage (EMC/NetApp).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations.
• Experience in change and risk control environments.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Hands-on experience with storage technologies.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
