Overview

The Storage and Backup Engineer V is responsible for providing high-level technical support to Rackspace customers, focusing on complex issues related to backup and storage solutions.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Storage and Fiber Channel technologies.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting storage platforms and networking.
• Valid certifications related to storage technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in customer service and technical support.
• Health Care Storage and Backup Administration experience preferred.
• BE/B Tech degree or equivalent experience.
