Overview

The Sr. Director - Security Services Leader is responsible for managing enterprise and reference data issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity and governance.

In Short

• Monitor and manage Jira tickets related to data issues.
• Conduct triage of issues and assign to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve problems.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Document troubleshooting steps and build a knowledge base.

• Participate in operational review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data engineering or support.
• Strong knowledge of data management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Jira or ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to BI/analytics platforms is a plus.
• Experience with ThinkFolio or Aladdin is advantageous.
