Overview

The Senior Engagement Manager works in a consultative and authoritative style in managing multiple customer and/or partner implementation projects for a variety of services solutions related to the Rackspace Professional Services consultancy.

In Short

• Manage multiple customer and partner implementation projects.
• Work with presales, sales, technical consultancy, and service delivery teams.
• Accountable for delivery of multiple projects across various customers.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and budget.
• Lead professional services elements of presales efforts.
• Produce cost and price models to support proposals.
• Manage partner performance through project delivery.
• Provide FANATICAL support ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting and problem resolution.
• Track and report on consulting hours and travel.

Requirements

• 14+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Cloud Transformation Projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Technical knowledge in data centre strategy and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• PMP/Prince2/SCRUM Master/SAFe certification.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
