Pursuit Manager (Bid Manager) - US Shift - Remote

Overview

The Pursuit Manager (Bid Manager) is responsible for managing the entire bid process from initial qualification to contract signature, ensuring compliance with the Rackspace bid process.

In Short

• End-to-end management of the bid process.
• Understand and frame queries for missing information in RFPs/RFIs.
• Validate service lines and information for proposal responses.
• Work with multi-discipline teams for timely proposal inputs.
• Support PreSales team in deal solutions and pricing.
• Manage bids for New Business, Contract Renewals, and Account Growth.
• Conduct industry research and market studies.
• Ensure adherence to Bid Management processes and guidelines.
• Create and update reusable artefacts.
• Open to flexible work schedules including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in RFI/RFP management.
• Experience in writing and developing proposals.
• Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
