Overview

Rackspace is looking for a Customer Success Associate I to join our team. This role involves managing inbound customer requests and ensuring they are resolved efficiently, working closely with Customer Success Managers.

In Short

  • Proactively manage inbound customer requests.
  • Route workstreams to appropriate teams.
  • Respond to customer needs and clerical tasks.
  • Ensure fast responses to customer requests.
  • Take ownership of customer requests.
  • Monitor and progress open tickets.
  • Identify operational issues in support queues.
  • Escalate support requests as needed.
  • Manage support requests to deliver within timescales.
  • Adhere to company security policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Tenacious problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Customer Success/Account Management is a plus.
  • Understanding of Internet Technologies is desirable.
  • ITIL foundation certification is a plus.
