Overview

Rackspace is hiring for a Communications and Content Development Manager who’ll be responsible for planning, executing, managing and maintaining communication strategies that aligns to the overall strategy, goals and objectives of the company.

In Short

• Develop and implement business unit communications strategies and plans.
• Develop messaging for various projects and business situations.
• Enhance the annual communications strategy and standard business communications.
• Manage communications from business unit leadership to employees.
• Counsel leadership on effective communications.
• Coordinate with global communications teams.
• Establish global communications standards for quality control.
• Develop and deliver training for the communications team.
• Work with suppliers to produce high-impact communication materials.
• Leverage communications strategy to increase employee awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience with campaign design, communication planning, and branding.
• Project management and public relations skills.
• Ability to perform data analysis.
• Background using software design and marketing automation tools.
