  • Experience in training data analysis and evaluation.
  • Skills in developing and delivering training across formats.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and LMS.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop offerings.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity for establishing positive relationships with stakeholders.
