In Short

• Manage payroll for employees in Poland.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Polish labor laws.
• Communicate with external payroll vendors.
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance Departments.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
• Address internal client inquiries regarding payroll.
• Participate in payroll process improvements.
• Work in a hybrid schedule from Katowice or Gdansk.
• Support approximately 6,000 employees across EMEA.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Previous payroll experience preferred.
