Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

Rockwell Automation is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. As a lead engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing and scaling automation and orchestration capabilities to accelerate business-to-IT delivery across our global technology stack.

In Short

• Design and implement automation solutions for enterprise infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain toolkits for configuration management and environment monitoring.
• Automate and streamline build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, operations, and business teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Document automation processes and workflows.
• 5+ years in a DevOps or infrastructure automation role.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and automated pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding of information security best practices.
• Proficient in English for global collaboration.
• Certifications in relevant technologies preferred.
