In Short

• Prepare cost-effective automation technical proposals.
• Ensure proposals are high quality, on time, and within budget.
• Participate in interdepartmental and client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for proposal delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support knowledge transfer among teams.
• Utilize various business systems for opportunities and proposals.
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Work in shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Instrumentation/Control Automation/Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS, VFD, HMI/SCADA.
• Familiarity with commercial and financial terminologies.
• Knowledge of design practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accountability for work.
