Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in bid management and customer presentations.
• Background in application engineering or business development is advantageous.
• Professional certifications are welcomed.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of water treatment services.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to travel.
