Project Proposal Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Proposal Engineer to join our team! The primary purpose of the job that we support European sales offices in Dach region to achieve sales targets by providing complete proposals for control valves on our customer capital project inquiries and offering a complete ‘inquiry to order’ service.

In Short

• Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers
• Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions.
• Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.
• Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.
• Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.
• Follow up of the provided quotations.
• Maintain the record of working processes.
• Looking for continues improvement opportunities.
• Practices and promotes “Customer Thinking” culture in all aspects

Requirements

• Proficient level knowledge of English and German languages are must.
• Minimum College Degree in Engineering (for example: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical).
• The ideal candidate must be Self-organized, Team player and able to multi-tasking
• You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
• You gain insight into customer need.
