In Short

• Aid the maintenance of Salesforce database through ongoing data cleanups/integrity exercises
• Work with operations teams to uncover and document gaps in sales and marketing funnel
• Use tools connected to Salesforce, including Data Loader, Outreach, and Gong
• Build documentation around best practices and improvements
• Understand Software as a Service (SaaS) and revenue lifecycle of a customer
• Collaborate with a diverse team in a caring culture
• 4-month term for Summer 2025
• Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher

Requirements

• A degree in business, finance, organizational studies, data analytics, or similar
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Locality within the Greater Toronto Region (GTA)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
