Overview

The IAM Business Analyst will help the IT Security team manage client access effectively, enabling business operations and enhancing customer experience.

• Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or Identity preferred.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms like ServiceNow or SailPoint.
• Experience with automation processes.
