In Short

• Responsible for the conception, implementation, and further development of IAM solutions with a focus on Keycloak.
• Integrate Keycloak into existing system landscapes ensuring seamless connection of applications and services via SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
• Advise clients on appropriate group, role, and rights concepts.
• Develop necessary connectors, plugins, and web frontends to tailor the IAM system to client needs.
• Monitor current developments in IAM and IT security, bringing new insights to the team.
• Participate in other software development projects as a developer.
• Assume a leading role in the team, clarifying technical questions with other teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively propose solutions to clients based on technical and organizational improvements.
• Take responsibility in new projects to establish effective communication channels.
• Lead the clarification of project parameters during the presales phase and create offers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience as an IAM/Keycloak expert.
• Deep practical experience in software development.
• Good IAM knowledge, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and authentication flows.
• Understanding of IT security and the ability to communicate risks to clients.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with agile work methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about new industries quickly.
• Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
