In Short

• Lead the conception, implementation, and development of IAM solutions for our clients, focusing on Keycloak.
• Integrate Keycloak into existing system landscapes, ensuring smooth application and service connections via SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
• Advise clients on group, role, and rights concepts, suitable auth flows, and integration of IAM systems.
• Develop necessary connectors, plugins, and web frontends in a team to tailor IAM systems to client needs.
• Monitor current developments in IAM and IT security, bringing new insights to the team.
• Participate in other software development projects as a developer.
• Take a leading role in the team, resolving technical questions with other teams and stakeholders.
• Proactively suggest solutions to clients for technical and organizational improvements.
• Take responsibility for setting up new projects, clarifying technical questions, and establishing communication channels.
• Manage project parameters during the presales phase and create offers for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as an IAM/Keycloak expert.
• Deep practical experience in software development.
• Good knowledge of IAM concepts including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and security risks.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor colleagues.
• Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
