The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for optimizing IT systems and processes, ensuring high reliability of services, and providing exceptional user support for employees at Quora.

Requirements

• 1+ years of IT experience, including Help Desk Admin role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting on Mac OS and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Apple hardware and mobile device support.
• Experience with Cloud and SaaS Applications.
