Requirements

  • Experience with educational leaders and organizations.
  • Familiarity with funding sources for educational programs.
  • Understanding of education policies impacting decision-making.
  • Proven ability to support customer renewals and drive expansion.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success.
  • Experience in ed-tech Customer Success sector.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.
