Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented financial accountant based in Amsterdam to add to our Finance team to support Scribbr, a Learneo company and its EMEA entities.

In Short

• Executing day-to-day financial and bookkeeping operations.
• Efficiently manage monthly close process.
• Assist and own the revenue reconciliation process.
• Responsible for the monthly payroll cycle.
• Ensure compliance and maintain process documentation.
• Contribute to the design of accounting guidelines.
• Spot and suggest improvements in financial processes.
• Develop skills in tax, legal, risk management, and controlling.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years working experience in accounting.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Previous bookkeeping experience.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn software tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and responsible for activities and projects.
• Organized and structured in work approach.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
