Remote Intake and Scheduling Coordinator (Part-time)

Overview

The Intake and Scheduling Coordinator (“ISC”) is responsible for acting as the liaison between patients and providers, ensuring proper scheduling for Behavioral Health visits and completing necessary intake information.

• Act as a key point of contact between patients and providers.
• Relay information and concerns to ensure mutual understanding.
• Contact patients prior to appointments for reminders.
• Triage incoming phone calls.
• Ensure accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information.

• Utilize EMR functionality for patient care duties.

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection required for remote work.
• Ability to use Ring Central for calls.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Iowa Mandatory Reporting certification preferred.
• College work preferred.
