Manager, Vendor Interoperability - Remote

Overview

The Interoperability Vendor Partner Manager (VAM) owns partner relationships between Quest and our external interoperability vendors such as (EHR/EMR) vendors, LIS vendors, and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). Our VAMs work with our partners to influence, define, and execute strategies enabling better integrations and client experiences that accelerate adoption, increase quality, enhance value, manage cost, creating opportunity for client, partner, and Quest growth.

• Strong strategic thinking and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record in enhancing client experiences.
• Understanding of health information exchanges.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant educational background in healthcare or business.
