FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Culligan Quench HQ finance team. This role will support key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across various business units and functions.

In Short

• Remote position with occasional travel to King of Prussia, PA.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Support month-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Improve processes and own reporting and forecasting headcount.
• Build and maintain financial models for decision-making.
• Analyze business performance trends for cost optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
• Streamline forecasting and reporting processes through automation.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools like Hyperion.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
