In Short

• Seeking an Affiliate Manager to attract and manage partner traffic.
• Onboarding new partners and maintaining partnerships.
• Collaboration with marketing analytics to evaluate partner traffic performance.
• Working closely with CRO, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Testing new processes and technologies for user acquisition.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar roles.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
• Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA/SOI/ROI etc.).
• Experience with affiliate programs and traffic tracking tools (Affise/Cake/Voluum/Binom).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI etc.).
• Experience in competitive niches in Western markets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and ambitious.
