Overview

The Associate Customer Success Business Consultant (ABC) at Quantum Metric is responsible for driving client enablement of the Quantum Metric platform, ensuring that customers receive tangible business value through partnership.

• Support enterprise accounts alongside a Senior Business Consultant.
• Teach customers to analyze quantitative data using the Quantum Metric platform.
• Provide tailored training sessions to solve business challenges.

• Create presentations summarizing actionable opportunities.

Requirements

• BA or MBA degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Ability to analyze quantitative data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management skills and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of eCommerce and digital analytics best practices.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse audiences.
