Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect will create overall application and solution architectures, lead efforts in defining and documenting enterprise applications, and collaborate with IT staff to assess business needs.

• Capture requirements for data, workflow, and system environments.
• Collaborate with IT staff to translate business needs into automated solutions.
• Produce relevant solution design artifacts.
• Coordinate new system development for integration with existing systems.
• Analyze feasibility and compatibility with hardware and programs.
• Collaborate with Business areas and Enterprise Architects.
• Design/Implement Enterprise Security/technology Patterns.
• Consult with teams on initiatives and provide tactical direction.

Requirements

• Experience with SAFe architecture and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
• Experience in linking cross-functional applications.
• Business and technical requirements analysis experience.
• Knowledge of relational database design and management.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices.
• Competency with XML constructs and schemas.
• Experience with API protocols such as SOAP and REST.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
