Quanata is seeking a Platform Engineer to join us in providing a suite of solutions that enable our product development and engineering organization to create, and deliver Quanata’s technical offerings.

In Short

Design and develop the platform architecture, including infrastructure, networking, and software components.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend their use for platform features.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for deployment.
Develop and maintain automation and deployment processes.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions for platform performance.
Encourage developer autonomy through training and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Implement security and compliance measures.
Participate in on-call rotation for internal developer services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of experience in platform engineering.
Experience with consumer-facing websites and technologies.
Experience with distributed systems.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tooling.
Experience with Go, Python, or Bash.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Experience with containerized workloads in ECS, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.
Experience in GCP or AWS.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
