Growth Marketer - Remote

Overview

As a growth marketer, you will specialize in driving business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives, utilizing creativity and analytical skills to design, execute, and optimize campaigns.

In Short

• Manage growth marketing channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, Affiliate and Quote Aggregators.
• Monitor and analyze performance with concise recommendations for optimization.
• Deliver performance marketing reports on a weekly and monthly cadence.
• Grow quote volume while maintaining CPB, CVR, and Quality targets.
• Enhance user experiences across touchpoints to boost engagement and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop hypotheses and implement testing opportunities to improve growth and profitability.
• Partner with analytics to develop monitoring and insights reports.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience managing paid media channels.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis tools such as SQL, Google, Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, Python, and web analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing best practices.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
