Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Education or Psychology.
• First work experience through internships or part-time jobs is advantageous.
• Eager to learn new methods and approaches.
• Comfortable with IT and AI.
• Ability to convey complex content understandably.
• High motivation and joy in working with people.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
