HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People Operations Team. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with managers and employees, serving as a strategic partner in implementing HR best practices, building strong relationships, and cultivating a supportive and positive workplace culture.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with management.
• Provide ongoing performance management guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions.
• Provide guidance on business unit structure and workforce planning.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or related HR role.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel a minimum of twice per month.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or related HR role, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, benefits, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Comfortable working with HRIS data and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets with an interest in advancing data skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, skilled at building strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
• BS/BA degree.
• Ability to travel a minimum of twice per month.
• Based in Austin, TX with the ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week is required.
