In Short

• Provide high quality solutions/support to clients.
• Work closely with Service Management and Software Development teams.
• Improve customer experience through effective integration and service request solutions.
• Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build tools/queries to fulfill customer service requests.
• Provide second level support for Qualco software services.
• Develop/Update internal Monitoring Tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the investigation and Problem Management processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software support or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with software development processes.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
