Overview

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to provide pre-sales (and some post-sales) technical customer support for Quadric's innovative general purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU) architecture.

In Short

Work with Sales to position and sell Quadric products
Defend the unique Quadric architecture to customers
Assist customers during evaluations and installations of the SDK
Analyze customer technological problems and communicate with engineering
Conduct regular technical discussions with customers
Deliver periodic training sessions
Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams on product specifications
Conduct project feasibility studies
Some international travel required

Requirements

Excellent customer communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience with system debugging, coding, and scripting
Expert-level skills with HPC Hardware, SDK, and Algorithms
Ability to work independently
