Overview

As a Senior Network Engineer/Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 network support to clients across the globe, particularly in enterprise network operations.

In Short

• Administration and management of complex networking solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, and Cisco ISR Routers.
• Expertise in ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, and other networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN configuration.
• Implementation of security devices and firewall configurations.
• Coordination with ISP and clients for troubleshooting network issues.
• Experience in handling escalations and severe cases.
• Good to have experience in Software Defined Networking solutions.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years experience in multi-vendor network solutions.
• Expert-level experience in Routing, Switching, and Security.
• Experience collaborating with global clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA or CCNP Certifications are an asset.
