Overview

The Marketing Campaign Specialist at Pythian will manage client/prospect events, execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives while reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.

• Plan and execute client/prospect entertainment events.
• Coordinate trade shows and field marketing events.
• Support sales team with prospect engagement events.
• Track event ROI and provide post-event analysis.
• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Set up and manage email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Support lead management processes and coordinate with ADRs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status via JIRA.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong project management skills with JIRA experience.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented execution.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
• HubSpot experience with email campaign setup.
• Salesforce familiarity.
• Field marketing and client entertainment event experience.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes.
