Marketing Manager - Remote Latam

Overview

We are a financing platform built for home improvement contractors and tradespeople (roofers, window companies, HVAC, etc.), helping them present financing options to close more jobs at higher ticket sizes. We're at zero on paid marketing right now and need someone who can build it from the ground up. This is an execution-first role. We have strategy leadership in place. What we need is someone who can get campaigns live fast, own the creative end-to-end, and show measurable results within 90 days.

In Short

• Paid Media (Primary Focus)
• Build and launch Meta and Google Ads campaigns from scratch
• Own campaign structure, targeting, budget, and optimization
• Manage ROAS, CPL, and CAC on an ongoing basis
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Design ad images and graphics
• Write all ad copy and landing page copy
• Set up tracking, attribution, and dashboards
• Report weekly on performance
• Improve lead-to-demo conversion rates over time

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing or growth, with hands-on execution
• Strong paid media background on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Full creative ownership
• Experience in marketing to small business owners or tradespeople
• Working knowledge of SEO
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Opinionated about strategy
• Comfortable working directly with a founder
• Advanced English required
