We are looking for a technically strong and intellectually curious Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Data Methodology team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst with hands-on experience in healthcare claims data who is eager to develop deep expertise in analytical methodology, healthcare coding, and data-driven product development.

In Short

Work with large-scale healthcare claims datasets.
Write and maintain complex SQL queries.
Validate analytical outputs against expected benchmarks.
Support the development of analytical rules and calculations.
Investigate data anomalies and unexpected results.
Collaborate with senior analysts and product managers.
Document methodology logic and assumptions.
Apply knowledge of healthcare claims coding.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
Solid SQL proficiency.
Experience with healthcare claims data.
Knowledge of healthcare coding and billing concepts.
Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Comfort in a collaborative environment.
