Purple Technology is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Japanese to provide support in a financial-related service, handling client inquiries and administrative tasks.

In Short

• Deliver customer support via email and chat in Japanese.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Prepare detailed responses to client queries.
• Process requests according to specific manuals.
• Report issues to the Team Leader or relevant department.
• Work with trading platforms and simulate reported issues.
• Transcribe Japanese names into Latin characters.
• Communicate with internal departments using Slack and email.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
• Native Japanese speaker (N1 level) and fluent in English (B2 level).
• Ability to work in JST or CET time zones.
• Computer literacy and technical proficiency.
• Proactive and can-do attitude.
• Clear and friendly communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about trading platforms.
