Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recent Travel Nurse or Allied healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Demonstrated success placing clinicians into travel or contract roles
• Experience with VMS/MSP platforms or healthcare staffing clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a remote environment
