Travel Nurse & Allied Health Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with our team in placing Travel Registered Nurses and Travel Allied Health professionals nationwide.

In Short

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting Travel RNs and/or Travel Allied Health professionals.
• Strong network and ability to identify and connect with qualified travel healthcare talent.
• Skilled in presenting opportunities in a compelling, professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and meet deliverable expectations as an independent contractor.
• Submit a minimum of five qualified Travel Nurse or Allied Health candidates per week.
• Candidates must meet role requirements, be available for travel, and actively engaged in recruitment.
• Maintain both quality and volume in candidate submissions.
• 1099 contract opportunity, commission only.
• Flexibility to manage methods, schedule, and approach to achieving results.
• Continuation of contract dependent on meeting performance expectations.
