Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation & Project Specialist to lead the successful deployment of AI-powered platforms and solutions across the business and supporting the franchisee network.

• Lead the implementation of AI-based products across corporate and franchise environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project performance post-implementation for optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation or technical project management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and platforms like OpenAI and Azure AI.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data integration best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
