The Merchant Sourcing Associate plays a critical role in the success of Pulse iD’s Marketplace, responsible for sourcing and onboarding merchants that provide benefits, curated offers, perks, and discounts across key categories such as F&B, retail, wellness, lifestyle, and more.

• Source and onboard merchants for Pulse iD’s Marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in merchant acquisition or sales.
• Based in UAE with knowledge of loyalty programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
