Requirements

• Excellent academic background, ideally a Master or MBA.
• Proven experience in similar roles at a strategic consulting firm.
• Strong analytical background and conceptual thinking.
• Structured work style with high self-motivation.
• Experience with OKRs, scorecards, and operational implementation.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to implement operations with strategic thinking.
