Junior Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Junior Account Manager will provide support functions and bookkeeping assistance to the Account Managers in the Business Management department while ensuring the day-to-day needs of clients and their families are met.

In Short

• Daily client activities including requests and follow-ups.
• Contract analysis and supervision of cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assist in preparation of meeting packages and attend client meetings.
• Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, and insurance claims.
• Assist with home and vehicle purchases.
• Supervise and delegate to assistants.
• Coordinate with the tax department on due dates and documentation.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Business Management and/or Accounting.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
