Overview

The Junior Account Manager at Lingoda will support the company in becoming the market leader in training international healthcare professionals by planning training projects, ensuring high-quality implementation, and addressing all stakeholder needs.

In Short

• Serve as the main contact for healthcare institutions, ensuring optimal management of training projects.
• Organize project start and maintain communication throughout the project duration.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication.
• Keep relevant data updated in the CRM system.
• Identify upsell opportunities and implement them independently or with the Sales team.
• Provide feedback for strategic process optimization.

Requirements

• A degree or commercial training with at least 2 years of experience in account management.
• Ownership mentality and a desire to optimize tasks in a startup environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Team player who collaborates closely with Sales and Operations teams.
• Ability to maintain composure and prioritize in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Office programs and digital tools.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
