Overview

The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in driving farmer success and managing relationships with Halter customers in the Taranaki region, contributing to the company's mission to transform farming.

In Short

• Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets of existing revenue.
• Ensure farmers extract full value from Halter's services.
• Responsible for renewing customer agreements and expanding revenue.
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation of Halter systems.
• Cultivate relationships with farmers and their teams.
• Partner with customers to establish business goals and metrics.
• Provide effective communication and support to farmers.
• Lead local discussion groups and build community networks.
• Act as the voice of the customer to product teams.

• Experience in dairy farming or agriculture sector.
